In a world where we…at this very moment…are the furthest from creation, what separates the views of the church from the views of society?
Is there a distinction?
Is there a dividing line?
Or is the church simply an aging system of beliefs that in an effort to remain “current” (financially, politically, and religiously) will ease into the directives of society with lip servicing fight but no real substance of stance?
And the real truth of the matter is…we really don’t care anymore. We’re desensitized and have too many “problems of our own” to be worried about what others do in the name of “love.” Hmmm….I wonder……Episcopal bishops approve resolution to bless gay unions.
